What You'll Do

Ensure operators onboard properly, respond to quotes promptly, and meet service level agreements.

  • Manage operator onboarding and relationship maintenance
  • Monitor and improve customer satisfaction metrics
  • Develop and implement operational processes and standards
  • Analyze marketplace performance and identify improvements
  • Coordinate between customers, operators, and internal teams

Requirements

  • 3+ years in marketplace operations or customer success
  • Strong communication and relationship management skills
  • Data-driven approach to decision making and optimization
  • Experience with customer service excellence and SLA management
  • Process optimization and operational efficiency experience
