Source and establish partnerships with Part 135 operators and broker networks across key markets.

What You'll Do

Develop and maintain healthy supply across key U.S. markets through strategic partnerships.

  • Identify and develop new operator partnerships
  • Negotiate partnership agreements and commercial terms
  • Maintain relationships with existing operator network
  • Analyze market opportunities and competitive landscape
  • Collaborate with operations team on partner integration

Requirements

  • 5+ years in business development or partnership management
  • Aviation industry experience strongly preferred
  • Proven track record in negotiation and deal closing
  • Strong relationship building and networking skills
  • Market analysis and strategic planning capabilities
